WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK A CONSULTATION?

​After you book a consultation and complete payment:
  1. Our team will review your request and verify your payment.
  2. We will send you our electronic retainer agreement outlining our terms and conditions for our service.
  3. You will have an opportunity to ask questions about the retainer agreement, and we will be happy to discuss and explain.
  4. Once you are satisfied with the agreement, you can electronically sign it, formally becoming our client.
  5. We will then send you a calendar to book your consultation session(s) at your preferred date and time.
  6. The RCIC will review any questions or topics of discussion prior to the session, and will then connect with you at the scheduled time.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is licensed and recognized in Canada as an immigration consultant, and is authorized to provide immigration consultations and to represent clients in front of the IRCC. Our team has more than 20 years of experience helping clients immigrate and settle in Canada. We are experienced in study permit, work permit, post-graduate work permit (PGWP), visitor visa, and permanent residency (PR) applications. We also have access to materials and resources that allow us to research and find answers to most immigration related issues.

SERVICES WE CAN OFFER DURING A CONSULTATION

During the consultation sessions, the RCIC can provide the following services:
  1. Assess the client's situation and recommend suitable immigration programs (if any).
  2. Explain the processes for applying for study permit, work permit, post-graduate work permit (PGWP), visitor visa, and permanent residency (PR) applications.
  3. Help clients to develop a strategy to maximize the chance of a successful application.
  4. Answer specific questions related to Canadian immigration programs.
  5. Review application forms and documents and advise on any issues identified or potential improvements.
  6. Use the consultation time to draft or review applications including letter of explanation, invitation letters, application forms, etc.
  7. Any other Canada immigration services that can be mutually agreed upon between the RCIC and the client.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not possible after services have been performed. If a refund is requested prior to the service being performed, a pro-rated refund may be offered for the portion of the service that has not yet been completed. An administrative fee is also deducted prior to the refund to cover the administrative cost of closing the file and the banking transactions costs of the refund.
